Can I use Bebenames without signing in?

Yes. The app works fully without an account. Your data lives on your device and on our server tied to a random device identifier. If you reinstall the app or switch phones, your unsigned-in account cannot be recovered — sign in with Apple or Google to make it portable.

I lost access to my partner's swipes.

That can happen if your partner deleted their account. Bebenames keeps your matches and favorites when a partner leaves, but your pairing reverts to a solo state. You can invite a new partner from Profile → Swiping with your partner.

How do I delete my account?

From inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. We hard-delete your data immediately — there is no recoverable copy. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

I'm not receiving push notifications.

Check your phone's notification settings for Bebenames. On iOS: Settings → Notifications → Bebenames. On Android: Settings → Apps → Bebenames → Notifications. If the toggle is on and you still don't see notifications, email us with your device model and OS version.

The pairing code my partner sent doesn't work.

Pairing codes expire after 24 hours. Have your partner generate a fresh one from Profile → Swiping with your partner.
